Sowing Rubbish is the combination of the representation of industrial processes of casting and agriculture, both processes that have the production of multiples as an end result. The project was part beeswax casting of rubbish and part sowing of the cast rubbish replicas in 50′ long furrows cut into the ground. The furrows extended from the centrally located casting station in four curved lines creating an effect of movement, spiraling out from the center.
